The main modules of the application are depression, anxiety/panic, self-harm, thoughts of suicide, and contacts for professional help that a person can call if necessary. Some modules then offer a variety of breathing exercises, tips on what to do with anxiety, and a rescue plan that every user can customize.

The application is available for Android only and promises support for iOS devices soon. “One year in the App Store, it costs $ 99, or about $ 100. We would like to secure the App Store in the App Store for the first three years, ”the creators said.

You can also contribute to the further direction of the project in this direction - students choose 7,500 CZK at Daruma.cz. They have managed to achieve the target amounts and are now even at nearly 13,000. So money could be used to further improve and thus help people who can't talk about it themselves.
